About the See Blank Art projects

SeeBlankArt is the creative studio of artist and educator Colin Blankenship, focused on automotive artwork, custom commissions, and visually driven storytelling. The work begins with the character of a vehicle—its shape, history, personality, and connection to the person who owns it. Each piece is developed as more than a straightforward portrait, using stylization, composition, color, and atmosphere to turn a car, truck, or motorcycle into a personal work of art. Alongside original artwork and commissions, SeeBlankArt also explores art education, digital production, and the creative problem-solving behind making images. With a background in illustration, 3D art, design, and more than a decade of teaching experience, Colin brings both technical knowledge and an artist’s perspective to every project. The goal is simple: create artwork that feels personal, memorable, and worth living with.
