This document is geared to the brainstorming of events, states, and considerations for each asset of this game.
The story idea
This current world is based around a giant oak tree which is the thread or the vine of life.
There's been a dish harmonic disturbance in this trees world upsetting and offsetting all of the fireflies, pixies and other magical creatures that live in this tree.
The tree is graying, becoming old and rotten because of this dissonance in it's life.
The player character represents that need for harmony to come back in and bring about a balance back to the trees livelihood. The player character represents the actual user of this app looking for a means to just calm down and regain some composure.
Where the player has been sent from, who sent him and how he knew to be there are all mysteries. The song thread will weave around the tree and look like a giant roller coaster or water slide. A water slide in the clouds. This will be difficult to see at first because of all the firefly like Briggs swarming around chaotically.
The tree floats and lives off the actual nourishment of harmonies, rhythms and other aspects of music and relaxing mentalities. The player is not aware of the actual tree shape of the game level. And each branch of the song is just a branch on this large tree.
This would probably mean that I need to consider the construction of a song in terms of the frequency and hearts and where they would sit inside an actual tree formation. Would the base nose be in the roots or would it be in the inner rings things of that ilk
